Looking to submit an ATF eForm, but don’t have your finger print file? Skip the drive and let us convert your rolled prints into a fully ATF compliant .eft file. All we need is a 600DPI scanned FD-258 sheet with your finger prints and you’ll get an email back within the hour with your file!
Instructions:
Download and print out a FD-258 from the FBI website
https://www.fbi.gov/file-repository/cjis/fd-258.pdf/view
While we recommend using a fingerprint ink pad, you can use a graphite pencil, water-based markers or even a chisel-tip Sharpie if you’re fast enough. Fill out the fingerprint portion of the FD-258 paying close attention to what the boxes ask for. The top 2 rows are for rolled prints, while the bottom row is for a press.
Using a scanner with at least 600DPI resolution, scan the form as a .pdf and submit it. You’ll be prompted with a series of personal questions that’s required to bind the prints to you.
Step 2
